Introduction

Welcome to agam99. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the User", "the Player", "you") and agam99 ("we", "us", "the Company", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at agam99.buzz and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer services, lottery products, and any related features or content.

agam99 is operated under international online gaming licensing. The Platform provides online gambling and entertainment services to eligible adult users. We do not hold, nor do we claim to hold, any licence issued by a Malaysian government authority — no such regulatory framework currently exists for online gambling operators in Malaysia. Malaysian users access and use the Platform entirely at their own discretion and are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation is lawful under applicable local legislation.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the agam99 Platform, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in full, that you meet the eligibility requirements set out herein, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using the Platform.

Definitions

The following terms, when used in this Agreement, shall have the meanings set out below:

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on agam99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. agam99 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all registered accounts. This is non-negotiable and will be verified through mandatory KYC documentation. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be permanently suspended and all associated funds will be forfeit pending investigation.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• Single Account: Each individual may maintain only one active Account at any time. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts.
• Personal Use: You must be registering on your own behalf. Registration on behalf of another person, or permitting another person to use your Account, is not permitted.
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee or contractor of agam99 or any related entity.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order, either applied through agam99 or through any other gambling operator or regulatory body, at the time of registration or use.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law and where agam99 has specifically restricted access. You are solely responsible for determining the legal status of online gambling in your jurisdiction.

Account Registration & KYC Verification

To access the full range of agam99 services, you must register an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and for updating them promptly if they change.

4.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Malaysian mobile phone number (or equivalent international number). All details must match your official identity documents.

4.2 KYC Documentation

Prior to processing your first withdrawal — and at any subsequent point where our compliance or fraud-prevention protocols require it — you must submit the following documentation:

• A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or equivalent);
• Proof of your registered residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent document dated within 90 days);
• Proof of ownership of any payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your linked e-wallet account or bank statement header).

KYC review is typically completed within two (2) business hours of submission of complete and legible documentation. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time. Funds will not be released pending satisfactory KYC completion.

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. agam99 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, contact our 24/7 live support immediately.

Deposits & Withdrawals

agam99 supports a range of Malaysian and international payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and cryptocurrency rails (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC). Available methods, processing times, and applicable limits are displayed at the time of transaction.

5.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless a specific promotion specifies otherwise.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• agam99 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• All deposits are credited in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmation.

5.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 for e-wallet methods and RM 50 for bank transfers.
• Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) typically clear within 5 minutes. DuitNow and FPX transfers clear within 5–15 minutes. Bank wire transfers are processed within 15–60 minutes. These timeframes are indicative and may vary.
• Daily withdrawal limits vary by account tier: RM 10,000 (Bronze), RM 30,000 (Silver), RM 100,000 (Gold).
• agam99 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests where fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected. This may delay processing pending investigation.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

agam99 maintains anti-money laundering (AML) policies in compliance with the requirements of our international licensing framework. We are obligated to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities. We reserve the right to freeze accounts, withhold funds, and cooperate with regulatory and law enforcement agencies where required by law.

Bonuses & Promotions

agam99 offers welcome bonuses, reload promotions, loyalty rewards, and other time-limited promotional offers. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible Account holders who meet the specific promotion criteria. One bonus per promotion per Account and per household.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements range from 5x to 35x depending on the specific promotion. Always refer to the individual promotion page for the applicable multiplier.
• The maximum stake permitted when wagering with active Bonus Funds is RM 300 per round or bet, unless stated otherwise. Stakes exceeding this limit during a bonus period may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Video slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute 10%–20%. Sports betting contributions vary by market. Specific game contribution rates are published on the individual promotion page.
• Bonus Funds carry an expiry period — typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of credit. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings remaining after expiry will be removed from the Account automatically.
• Sticky (non-cashable) bonus funds cannot themselves be withdrawn. Only winnings generated from betting with such funds are eligible for withdrawal once wagering requirements are met.
• Some promotions carry a maximum cash-out cap on bonus-derived winnings. Where applicable, this cap is stated on the individual promotion page and typically ranges from 3x to 10x the bonus amount.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

agam99 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-variance wagering strategies designed to minimise risk while meeting rollover requirements; coordinated play across multiple accounts; and deposit-bonus-withdrawal cycling. Where bonus abuse is identified, agam99 reserves the right to void the bonus, reverse associated winnings, and suspend the Account.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on agam99 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game type or betting market. In addition, the following general rules apply to all wagering activity on the Platform:

• Once a wager is confirmed by the Platform, it is final and binding. agam99 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except where a technical error demonstrably affected the outcome of the game or event.
• agam99 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual game outcomes. Outcomes are determined by the RNG at the moment the wager is placed and cannot be influenced by any party after that point.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game round, agam99 will endeavour to resolve the outcome fairly based on server-side game state records. Decisions made in this context are final.
• agam99 reserves the right to void any wager where odds or game parameters were published as a result of a manifest error (palpable error). A manifest error is one where a reasonable person would immediately recognise the displayed odds or conditions as incorrect.
• For sports betting, all markets are subject to the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of event postponement, abandonment, or result amendment, agam99's sports betting rules — available on the Platform — shall govern the settlement outcome.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game type and per market. Current limits are displayed at the time of bet placement.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the agam99 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registration or use of the Platform by any person under 21 years of age;
• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity;
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or third-party payment instruments for deposits;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature;
• Use of automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in any way not expressly permitted;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market;
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated account activity;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorism financing, or other financial crime purpose;
• Making chargebacks or reversals of legitimate transactions without first attempting to resolve the matter with agam99 support;
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your Account credentials or funds to any third party;
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent jurisdiction restrictions.

Intellectual Property

All content on the agam99 Platform — including but not limited to the agam99 brand name, logo, graphic design, user interface layout, game software, written content, and associated media — is the intellectual property of agam99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform content without prior written consent from agam99.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, agam99 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

agam99 does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our reasonable control (including force majeure events) may result in temporary service interruptions. agam99 will endeavour to notify users of planned downtime where practical.

Account Suspension & Termination

agam99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity;
• The Account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other users;
• We are required to do so by law, regulatory instruction, or court order.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the Account holder, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Account holder via the registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. You may also apply for self-exclusion through the Responsible Gambling section of your account settings.

Responsible Gambling

agam99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and the wellbeing of all our users. We provide a suite of player protection tools that are accessible at any time via the Account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period. Once reached, further wagering is suspended until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure reality-check notifications at set intervals during your gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break from the Platform (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) without permanent Account closure.
• Self-Exclusion: Apply for a minimum 6-month self-exclusion from the Platform. Once applied, self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the exclusion period expires.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which agam99 holds its international operating licence. Any disputes not resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism established under our licensing framework.

Malaysian users acknowledge that they may have limited recourse under Malaysian consumer protection law in relation to disputes arising from use of the Platform, given the absence of a Malaysian regulatory framework governing online gambling. We nonetheless commit to handling all player disputes fairly, transparently, and in accordance with our internal dispute resolution policy.

Amendments

agam99 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Account holders via the email address registered to their Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and contact support to close your Account.
